Ah Heck!! Joy Animated

Joy briefly is mentioned and seen in Ah Heck!! The Fallen Ones but would have been more prevalent in the tv version if I'd been allowed to go forward on it. She's a walking ball of sadness. She can't see the good in any situation and is almost always dour. So it's like her to stand in the rain without using her umbrella. Her costume isn't a kirigumi but rather a rain slicker with boots. A gag would have been that she squeaks when she walks which makes people laugh but when she talks she makes people cry.
